Monday Mindset Yoga
Ready for a great start to your week with positive energy to carry with you?

This class is designed to further your practice no matter where you are in your yoga journey. New to yoga? Dealing with an illness or issue that you'd like to mediate with yoga rather than medicate? Looking to further your practice?

In this class you will learn and understand the biomechanics of basic poses, the importance of alignment and posture as well as breathing and relaxation techniques. Modified poses will be demonstrated to get you to deeper into a pose, a balance, or a mindset as you get deeper into your practice.

Whether you're feeling a bit drained from work, family life, chronic illness or pain, stiffness, or lack of energy, this class will release tension, guide the body, quiet the mind and awaken the soul to a more balanced you!

Great for beginners!

Tuesday - 10:30 am

Yoga Therapeutics
This class is a healing, physically slower approach to yoga. The starting point is what is comfortably possible for the practitioner. Postures are modified as necessary and tailored to individual needs and physical capabilities. Great place for beginners to jump in, or regular yogis to continue.

This class is designed for those who are interested in taking a more therapeutic approach to their practice. Yoga in it's essence is therapeutic, but in this class foundational poses are practiced most often. This is a great place for someone to start yoga, or if you are coming back from an injury or looking to add yoga as an integrated healing practice.

**if you have any injuries or diagnosed medical issue, please contact the studio to possibly set up an assessment with Maureen, IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist prior to attending class. An assessment will provides insight to the root nature of your condition, suggested poses and modifications to suite your healing needs.

Vinyasa Flow
Also known as flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together, is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga. In vinyasa yoga, each movement is synchronized to a breath.

This class is for the student who wants a bit stronger practice.

Saturday - 9 am

 Prana-Vini Yoga
This class develops inner and outer strength with fluidity of movement. Developing skill and intuition, focus and activating vital energy (chakras) with a relaxed inner being. This movement of breath is achieved by a balanced and creative sequence to transform old patterns (deep neurological conditioning) of the body, while discovering power within oneself and creativity. Approaching this class will help to develop a ritual, a breath inspired journey to offer (ha-tha) rhythms from meditative and rejuvenating to the challenging and empowering.

Focus of full breath is encouraged, while taking mandatory rest periods (shavasana) to allow the body to rest between sequences. With this approach the body receives the energy to build and strengthen from a relaxed, balanced state.

All levels welcomed.....adjustments by the teachers will help guide the students to reach their maximum potential.
